I have a list with many duplicates. Is there a way to delete all of the
duplicates except for the one? |

Rename the one you want to keep. filter on rest of dups, delete

Is this Office 2007? If so, there is a function on the Data tab under Data
Tools called Remove Duplicates that will allow you to select a column to remove the duplicate rows from. "lisamarieduncan" wrote: I have a list with many duplicates. Is there a way to delete all of the duplicates except for the one? |
