Default Title Case in Excel

Hi

I have columns of data that are all upper case or lower case that were
imported like this from another program. I know there is an UPPER and LOWER
function in Excel but is there something that I can use to format the data
into Title Case so that I can use it in a mail merge situation - names,
addresses etc.. It is too time consuming for me to manually change the
information - it's just too vast!!

Many thanks

Kind regards
