Row Numbers

I set up a worksheet yesterday and the row numbers started with 1 (as
always). However, I went back into the worksheet today and the first row
number is 4. I did not hide any and cannot figure out were rows 1-3 went.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Les

If you can't scroll up to see those lines, try:

ctrl-g
type:
1:3
and hit enter
Then Format|row|Unhide

If you still can't see those rows when you scroll up, then try:

Window|Unfreeze panes

And scroll up.

Click the select cells button to the right of column A and above row 1.
Click FORMAT in the menu, select ROW and click UNHIDE to redisplay the MIA
rows.

You could have inadvertently dragged the row divider with an errant mouse
click & drag, which might explain why your rows are hidden.

And if that doesn't work, try changing the row height while you've got those
rows selected.

Thanks, I had to unfreeze panes to see 1:3 again.
