freezing panes !
Hello there !
I came across this requirement, as I scroll down the page all my headers should get freezed at the top. I've been suggested by one of the respected user if not freezing panes in between I could go for grouping and I sincerely accepted that. As a suggestion I would like to place this, if possible can there be a way implemented to opt this way of freezing. Like I have Header "A" content A1 A2 A3, etc under A And Header "B" content B1 B2 B3, etc under B So, as I scorll down these headers A and B should be retained at the top. Please Suggest ! if I did not know excel and if there is a way already to do this or if no way this way can help. -- Naidu ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. freezing panes !
I would change the layout and put each "header" on each row (insert a new column
A and put them there???). Then I could use freeze panes to see the headers for each field. I could use data|filter|autofilter to limit my view to certain "headers". I could sort the data easier. I could create pivottables easier. I could create charts easier.... Naidu wrote: Hello there ! I came across this requirement, as I scroll down the page all my headers should get freezed at the top.
