Excel Calendar
Hi there,
I am trying to create a calendar for tasks I have to do at work so in column A i have all of the days in the year I plan to put my tasks in column B. I was wondering whether there is a way to first of all lock column A so I can't delete any days of the year and secondly if i move a task down the list to another day I would like it to skip the cells corresponding to Saturday and Sunday and move into the cell next to Monday and shift all other task down too while always skipping Saturday and Sunday. Is this possible? Thanks! |
Excel Calendar
I developed a calendar for someone on these newsgroups some time ago
where in one sheet you list the activities (in any order) against a date, and in another sheet you can select the month and year from pull- downs and a calendar view is presented with the activities shown on the appropriate day (up to 7 per day). If you would like a copy of this then send me an email to: pashurst <at auditel.net (change the obvious). Hope this helps.
