Hi experts,
I'm trying to create a summary that changes the links to external workbooks dynamically based on the selection of data validation lists. The different workbooks are all set up exactly the same. As an example, the names of the workbooks are periodic forecasts (Q1, Q2, Q3, Budget), the tab names are different divisions (total company, div1, div2, etc.), the columns are years, and the rows are P&L lines (revenue, cogs, r&d, etc.). I want someone to be able to select the periodic forecast, the division, and the year through data validation, and the rows will display the P&L lines that correspond to that workbook. Is it possible to change the links to an external workbook using data validation? Thanks, Mark |
