how do you have a double line within a cel when useing exel

another way to explain it would be

in the data is to long in the cell and i want to break it up into two lines
within the same cel

For text already entered do formatcellsalignment and select wrap text,
for text when entering press alt + enter for a new line to type, then make
sure the row size is adjusted
to fit the text

Alignment tab
Check 'Wrap text'

Format Cells... Alignment Wrap text
or
Insert hard returns in the text by touching ALT-ENTER
