One simple way would be to have the following Labels in Row 1:
A1: Date B1: Start Shift C1: End Shift D1: Meal Breaks E1: Shift Hours F1: Pay G1: Tips H1: Grand Total I1: Hourly rate Enter the date, times and tips in Row 2 then in E2 the formula: =C2-B2-D2 in F2: =E2*$I$1*24 In H2 enter: =F2+G2 use =SUM(Then H2:H<whatever) to get the total for the week.
