i want to know that if in excel sheet we type in small letter and we want to

If your text is in A1. In B1, type, =UPPER(A1) then copypaste

You can use a formula in another cell:

Right-click on the sheet tab and "View Code". Copy/paste the code into that module. Edit the range to suit.
