Cronbach Alpha
Is there a function in Excel for Cronbach Alpha? Or, does anyone know where
one can be bought? Is there an SAS function in Excel? Thanks, |

Which of the suggestions that you found with a Google search have you tried?

David,
I found only one at (www.kittle.siu.edu/course/stats/Cronbach_alpha) and have not yet tried it. I thought there might be one inside of excel. Have you tried one from a Google search? It's not my specialist subject, but a newsgroup discussion in 2004 suggested
a simple Excel formula. First thread found from: http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?q=...rt=0&scoring=d A web search at http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cronbach+alpha+excel found numerous references. One of the recommendations was http://www.gifted.uconn.edu/siegle/r...alculator2.xls (see also http://www.gifted.uconn.edu/Siegle/r...eliability.htm) There were various other suggestions at https://computer.justanswer.com/exce...late-cronbachs I haven't looked at all the thousands of other references. -- David Biddulph "Stevieray" wrote in message ...
