live scrolling
My scroll bar jumps from cell to cell only - I need to adjust a cell
vertically and cannot get to the bottom of the line to move it down - since the scroll bar jumps from cell to cell only.........I need to fix it to see 1/2 of one cell and 1/2 of another cell at the same time - instead of all one cell at a time. Please help. I'm using Excel 2007. |

Perhaps you need to read the instruction manual for your computer?

To start with...........you cannot adjust one cell vertically.
You have to adjust an entire row at a time. What are you attempting to do?
