My scroll bar jumps from cell to cell only - I need to adjust a cell
vertically and cannot get to the bottom of the line to move it down - since
the scroll bar jumps from cell to cell only.........I need to fix it to see
1/2 of one cell and 1/2 of another cell at the same time - instead of all one
cell at a time. Please help. I'm using Excel 2007.

To start with...........you cannot adjust one cell vertically.

You have to adjust an entire row at a time.

What are you attempting to do?

I don't understand the "see 1/2 of one cell and 1/2 of another cell"

To answer your question about the scroll lock.................it is the key
at upper right with "Pause, Break and ScrLk"
