Repetitive keystrokes and/or mouse clicks

I am cleaning up some formatting issues for a large number of spreadsheets.
I open each spreadsheet and then do the following for each one.

Click View tab,
Click on Page Bread Preview,
Click Page Layout tab,
Click to open the Scale to Fit dropdown,
Click to select Portrait, Fit to: 1 page wide by 1 tall,
Open the Paper size: dropdown to select a custom paper size,
Open the Print quality: dropdown to select 600 dpi,
Click OK.

Is there a way to save these steps to some kind of shortcut?
thank you very much,

Yes: Tools | Macro | Record New Macro
Start recording *after* you've chosen a sheet, and stop once the last step
is completed. You can then choose any sheet and use
Tools | Macro | Macros to select the macro you recorded to go through the
process. You can even assign a shortcut key to that macro so you don't have
to go through the menu.
