Go View: Toolbars: Forms Tools. There is a check box option there that will
output a true or false depending on the state http://www.kan.org/tips/excel_forms_tools.php -- Tips for Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Other Applications http://www.kan.org/tips "Noshin" wrote: How do I add an interactive checkbox which I can click and unclick? |

Not sure what version of Excel you use, but in 2003 you can go to
View-Toolbars-Forms Click on your checkbox Now right click on it, and go to format control. Click in to the "cell link" box and then click a random spot on your excel spreadsheet. Now do a little test and click and unclick the checkbox. You should be able to develop your formulas from there. "Noshin" wrote: How do I add an interactive checkbox which I can click and unclick? |
