how to protect data/file excel
 

dear member,
please tell me how to protect excel file from user save as / copy data to.
This file I share in Server. I want user only read but cannot copy or save
as to another file name. only athorization can update or copy this file.

You can't prevent them from copying the file to a different location
unless using IRM (Information Rights Management)
