Is it possible to Append worksheets in the same excel file?

I don't know if this is possible, but I would like to append worksheets in
the same file. I have 5 different tabs of information. All have the same
columns. I would rather not copy and paste from one worksheet to the other
for fear of lossing information as I move from one worksheet to the next.
Does anyone know if there is a way to append various worksheets in file into
one worksheet? The information in each tab (worksheet) has over 1000 or more
lines of information, if I could append it I would ensure that everything has
been included.

Why not use copy? Because when I have had to copy large amounts of
information, a few thousand lines of info, if I copy it into a word file or
note book and bring it back into excel, many times some of the information is
missing. If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate the help.

Before entering your data, start with your first worksheet, press the CTRL
key to select the other sheets where the identical data will be, then after
all your sheets have been selected, start entering data.

Hope this helps.

Maybe I did not explain myself correctly, the column headings in each sheet
are the only things that are the same in each tab, the rest of the
information is completely different. I simply want to append or attach all
the worksheets into one worksheet. Instead of having four separate
worksheets, all of the information which is all different will be on one
worksheet. Thanks.
