Row count help

I have a column that I sum dependent on several IF statements. The last
criteria I need help with is:
If a 0 is in the cell, the numbers start over with a default value and only
count and sum 7 rows if there is not a 0 value in the 7 rows.
I need help in counting the 7 rows. Any suggestions?
