excel - Taking a list of people and adding them to 2 columns
 

hi i have a list of people on column A and wish to copy 1 person from the
list and work down and add them to a diff column. eg
Albert
Andrew
Betty
Bill
Craig
Paul

would i be able to do the following
G K
Albert Andrew
Betty Bill
Craig Paul

also i would liike it if i added a new person it would add it to the next
blank space
