List in Excel 2000
 

I need to be able to convert the following information into an excel
spreadsheet . I would like for the information to go across the paga. I am
not familiar with programing and would like something easier than copy,
paste special and transpose. If I need to use the programing way, please
give me step by step instructions or a place to look it up.

You've already had two replies to your earlier posting pointing out
how difficult this will be, because you do not have a regular number
of rows per record, and there is no field that clearly marks the end
of one record or the beginning of another. I can't easily identify
the records - you appear to have 4 rows followed by an email address
followed by up to 2 phone numbers and then a job title in the sample
you have posted, but how representative is that sample? Your phone
numbers seem to be formatted in different ways, as well. All of these
things will make it difficult for someone to propose a solution that
will work for you.
