Graphs not updating
 

I have a workbook with multiple graphs and charts which are reliant on a
database/data entry tab. All the graphs are utilising formulas and then bring
the data into a table just above the graphs. It appears that the data tables
are updating but some of the graphs are not, making it appear that the graph
and the data table are not always linked. How can I ensure that ALL
graphs/charts will be updated automatically?
