Default Problems Down saving from Excel 2007

I wrote a spreadsheet in Excel 2007 but now someone using 2000 wants to use
it. When I get a "Significant loss of functionality" error. But the error
talks about overlapping conditional formatting. So I thought this wouldnt
be a problem.

However when I open the spreadsheet in 2000 a lot of the cells are showing
the "#NAME?" error.

When I open the spreadsheet in compatibility mode in 2007 the spread sheet
runs okay. I am really struggling to find the problem

How anyone got any suggestions.

Thank you.
