Inserting a picture into Excel
 

Hi I would like to be able to insert a picture into excel but also be able
to use the the cells behind the picture. I can do this by inserting the
picture as a background but then the picture tiles itself, and makes a huge
file and would really perfer to have one picture. I am using 2003 excel.
