Can we find the stating date of the week in Excel or ms access?

Hi All,

I have one doubt. Please anyone help me out..

Can we find the date of the week in excel or MS Access or VB Script...

Example: if I input week number as 31 in column A . Can we get the starting
date of week 31 that is 27/07/2008 in Column B.

Thanks in Advance...
