Default Formating fractions so they read like a measuring tape

How to format a fraction so it only displays as 1/64th, 1/32nd, 1/8th, 1/4,
1/2, etc. not 7/9 or 3/7, 2/5, or 1/3 etc. In other words, how do you format
fractions so they read like a measuring tape?

Default

Needs more that just formatting. Use =ROUND(A1*16,0)/16 with format Fraction
up to 2 digits

best wishes
