Default Print Preview - Mouse Scrolling

I'm not sure if this is specifically an Excel question, but I am assuming
since I'm not experiencing this issue in other progs, it's likely linked to
Excel.

When I am in print preview mode of a document containing multiple pages, I
am unable to scroll through the pages using the scroll wheel on my mouse. It
works in Word, however, so I don't know if it's the mouse, my pc or Excel, or
a combination of any/all/none.

Any ideas?

I also do not have the ability to zoom in or out for magnification.
