Default Printing the Compare Spreadsheet for Excel Add-in

We purchased the Compare Spreadsheet Add-in for Excel to save some of our
end-users time (which it does), but now they can't figure out how to print
them. Apparently there is not an option to print. Does anyone know of a way
to print these, or is this add-in just for viewing only. I've already opened
a ticket with the support link that they sent us when we purchased it. Have
not heard a word.

From where did you get this add-in?

It's an add-in that Excel has available for 59.99. It apparently saves them
hours of work, but they don't have an option to print from this Comparison
Worksheet.

I know nothing about this add-in.

For $59.99 it should come with a help section.

Sorry I can't assist with this issue.

Gord,

It does come with a help section......that is completely blank! I guess the
purpose of this add in is just to help you compare spreadsheets solely on the
computer. We have remoted in and tried to ourselves, and have had no luck.
