Default Graphical Indicators Formula

Hi all, is there any formula you can use within Excel, that if true or false
throws up some sort of graphical indicator like in Project.

For example, if you were testing if you had say spent 50% or more of an
available budget figure, a certain formula in excel would throw up a red
graphical indicator or maybe just turn that particular cell red?

Regards

Gary.
