I have an excel document with a great number of email addresses which I want
to have put into my address book. I don't want to have to type them over. Is there a way to select and send them to the address book? |

With your Contacts info in columns in Excel..................
Name.........Address..........email.........whatev er Save the workbook after giving your list a defined name through InsertNameDefine. Outlook likes that or make sure the sheet is first in the workbook. With Outlook open go to FileImport Export"Import from another program or file" Follow your nose from there to choose your Excel workbook. Note: the mapping can be done while importing. To see the full list of fields Outlook has, export some of your your contacts to a new Excel workbook to get an idea of what's available for mapping.
