Can you recover a deleted file?

Google for it, there are many third-patry programs out there.

And stop using the drive the deleted files are on ;-)

Hi,

Yes from your backup. You did have a backup didn't you?

If not then did you mail it to someone and is there a copy in your sent
items folder.
Are you on a network that's backed up by an administrator?
If not I suspect your day is about to get worse.

If you have a backup you can, or if you have an UNDELETE utility that comes
with a number of software applications like one of the NORTON'S utilities.
If you deleted this file from a network drive, contact your network
administrator and request a restore.

Deleted or overwritten?

If deleted, look in the Recycle bin or use an undelete app as others have
suggested.

If overwritten, no.

Yes, deleted Excel files can be recovered with Easy File Undelete
softwa

http://www.munsoft.com/EasyFileUndelete/

It has special ability to preview deleted Excel files before recovery
and uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software
either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.
