Hi,
I have an excel file with password to open and modify but now i forgot the
password to open the specific file.....is there any way to open that file.

Hi RD,

thanks for your immediate response the below link talking about
(Tools/Protect/Protect Worksheet or /Protect Workbook) but i am not able to
open a file without the passworrd, please throw more light on this.
