Default Workbook won't allow me to insert worksheet. How can I add one?

Hey. I have a workbook given to me by someone and when I try to insert
additional workseets to the workbook it won't let me. The "insert" function
is not available when I try to add a new sheet. Any sugestions on how to
allow the workbook to let me insert new worksheets? Thanks.
