I am tring to make dropdown box "B" only show data that applies to the
selection from box "A". If Amy selected "Perm" from her dropdown dox in "A"
then I only need the (new card
replacement
reactivate card
lost) options to show up. Can you help?

Example:

A: B:
Temp other sites
forgotten
reactivate card

Perm new card
replacement
reactivate card
lost

Contractor new
lost
reactivate

use data validation to do this..

somewhere on the spreadsheet (in an unused area) put lookup functions
in a cell to pull in the 3 values for each option.

then make the data validation refer to these 3 cells

I'm afraid I don't understand what you are trying to say.

You have another problem you can't see?

I don't know what "don't have a tap for validation criteria" means.
