Avoid 'Save As' with the same name

I have a folder with several excel sheets in it. All carry same name except
one digit different. I want to disable 'Save As' with the same name. If by
mistake user gives the name which is already existing, then excel will ask if
he wants to overwrite. Use can select 'Yes' by mistake, which I dont want! In
short, overwriting the excel sheet with existing sheet name should be
disabled.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thank You

No.. I meant to say that excel should not allow the user to overwrite the
existing file.
