Using enter key in the cell

Hi,
I need to know how I can use the enter key and go to the next line in the
cell by not using the Alt/Enter key.

Thank you

Try,

Tools|Options|Edit
Ensure

Select the way you want to move

ALT-ENTER will insert a line break. To just move downwards, use the
downarrow key.

You want to use plain old enter to force a new line in a cell instead of using
alt-enter???

If that's what you're asking, it's not possible in excel.
