I have a graph which I do for each Month Jan Graph (tab) Jan data (tab) each month i copy/re-name this to make it Feb Graph, Feb Data, Mar graph etc. However is there any quick way of changing the whole graph and data on the graph to read from a differenct sheet? I am having to manual changed all the data boxs on the graph (=Jun!$B $30) just to read July etc Any ideas??? Linexe |
Copy Graph But change Data Sheet
If the data is manually entered, this is what I would do
Click the tab for July; hold CTRL and drag the tab to the right giving a second copy of the sheet Rename the sheet Now enter the data in the cells of the new sheet and the chart will update. Repeat next month Any use? -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "Linexe" wrote in message ...
