printing confriguration in Excel
The problem I am having is I set the printing preferences to print 2 sided. I
then set the Office Copier to be my default printer, because thats the only way to print double sided pages which we need for the file We are on a network that several othe people need to use this file.I have to do this to each persons logon profile. This works for a while, but then randomly it loses the 2 sided print and reverts back to the default setting of 1 sided print. I dont know if it has to do with the network or not. Any help would be appreciated The Excel program has 5 pages/tabs €“ Face, Cardex, MAR, ETOH, BUPRENORPHINE Face - does not print so no changes need to be done Cardex €“ Printing properties should be €“ Portrait 2 sided flip on short edge MAR - Printing properties should be €“ Landscape 2 sided flip on short edge ETOH - Printing properties should be €“ Landscape 2 sided flip on short edge BUP - Printing properties should be €“ Landscape 2 sided flip on short edge The configuration can be correct on my computer, but on another logon computer if shows up with the default setting 1 sided Sometimes it will change again to the 2 sided setting for a while and then back again. I am at a lost as to why. I want to keep the printing configuration set with whoever uses the program. Thanks for any attention to this John Geohegan |
