Compare Excel files and spreadsheet 3rd party apps

Just looking for opinions regarding 3rd party applications and software for
easily comparing Excel files and spreadsheets. When one Google's "Comparing
Excel spreadsheet", the Excel compare product from Formula Software seems to
be prevalent.

Has anyone ever used this or used anything that they think might be better???
