List?

Dear all,

Column A contains a list of room types inputted by A.N.Other, e.g. classroom
, toilet, staff room etc. Several of the room types are repeated, i.e.
toilet appears several times.

Is there a simple way to copy the different room types without duplication?

Thanking-you in advance,

Neil
