Import datas into defined LIST
 

I have a range of data in a worksheet, and it is defined to EXCEL as a LIST.
I want to import new data into that list, but the DATA IMPORT is greyed out
if the cursor is anywhere in the list.

Is it possible to import into a defined list? If not, why not?
