Problem with Printing Legal Size
I'm using Microsoft Excel 2007 - Microsoft Vista
I have changed the Page Size in Page Layout to 8 x 14 and it shows up that way on Print Propertis. When I look at the document under Print Preview, the typing gets chopped off at the 8 1/2 X 11 size and goes onto the next page. If I adjust the Page Break, the printing font just goes smaller and it still stays at 8 1/2 x 11. I have an HP All-In-One 1210 - if that makes a difference. Thanks, Elise |

You made the change in Excel using Page Layout | Page Setup | Size and
selected 'legal' ? Everything to do with paper sizes in Excel after that is governed by the print driver. I suggest you reinstall the printer; maybe get an updated driver from www.hp.com Does it work with legal in Word? best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "elisev" wrote in message ... First, is the printer with the 8x14 paper the default printer? No? Set
it to that. Is the 8x14 paper default selection? try that. elisev wrote: I'm using Microsoft Excel 2007 - Microsoft Vista I have changed the Page Size in Page Layout to 8 x 14 and it shows up that way on Print Propertis.
