Naming the range of data
 

I am trying to export a .csv file of contact on our computer into Microsoft
outlook. As it gets to the final stage it pops up and says " use Microsoft
excel to name the range of data to import " I am not clear on what it is
telling me or what to do.
Can someone please walk me through the simple steps?
