need help with links

Hi Everyone

i import my orders from a third party web site and these come on an excel
sheet with one item on each row (if a customer orders two items it takes two
lines) with all the relevant info on the row order id, name adress etc moving
accross to the letter z.

i have made a template of an invoice i would like this info to be displayed
on but not sure how to make the links as i need one a4 sheet printed for each
order.

Obvoiusly if the order id is the same on two or more lines then these items
would need to be put on the invoice

Sound to me like an Access Application. Depends how many invoices you have
to produce.

One way is to do VLookup's but that would work if one line was all entered
on one invoice but from your example I am asuming that you may have mult
lines one one invoice for one customer.

A pivot table would work. You could have the customer as the Page and
detail as lines and use another sheet to link to the data. Then you could
control via a macro what customer you want to produce a statement for.
