Assuming your data is on Sheet1 in Row 2 starting in Column A...
=Sheet1!A2&"; "&Sheet1!B2&"; "&Sheet1!C2&"; "&Sheet1!D2 You didn't say what delimiter you wanted them separated by, so I used a semi-colon followed by a space.
