grey screen when opening excel spreadsheet
 

i have a shared file and when i open it - 4 of the tabs are visual but one
tab has a grey screen - the data is there but you cannot view it - show all
data says its showing - when i hit print preview it says nothing to view.

I have checked the settings and ignore other programs is not checked.

I have hit window arrange and nothing happened with that.

It is a shared workbook..not sure if that is the issue?

It sounds like the rows or columns are hidden on that worksheet.

Open the workbook
Select that worksheet
Select all the cells
format|column|unhide
format|row|unhide (if necessary)

Scroll up to the top left corner.

If you still can't see anything, make sure that the window isn't frozen.

Window|unfreeze panes.

You may need to unprotect the worksheet, too. This sounds like someone was
trying to protect some data from viewing by others.
