Adding to drop down lists
 

Once i have named a list that will become my drop down list, how would i add
extra selections after i have made the list?

You can insert the new items in the middle of the list, and they range
will automatically expand to include all the items.

Or create a dynamic range, as described here, and use that range as the
drop down list's source:
