Auto colour when other conditions already in place

Hi

I have a sheet where multiple conditions are already applied using CFPlus
(my new best friend!!) but now I want to have a selection of cells on that
sheet (some already conditioned some not) turn a specific colour as soon as
any particular cell in a stated range =16 - would I do this just by adding
yet another format or would you suggest something else??

Thanks

Auto colour when other conditions already in place

Hi Lise,

I'm working on CFs now as well (my question/struggle listed right
below yours right now).

Looking at your situation I believe you have two options.

1. If statement for =16 and then delete previous CF and add a new
one for all cells desired.
2. If statement for =16 and then delete previous CF and simply
ColorIndex all cells desired with new choice.

In the long run they differ in that if a cell value where to drop
below 16, then if you use method 1, the cell will change. Method 2 is
a definite change, not temporary like a CF.

Hope that helped.

Since, NP
