Were is the Tools menu in EXCEL 2007?
 

I installed Office 2007, but I can't find the Tools menu, or any way of
adding it to the toolbar. I did find a way to add tools to the "quick access
toolbar", but it not the complete "tools menu". I want to add to the regular
toolbar.

Were is the Tools menu in EXCEL 2007?
