Can not find out how to find duplicate records in large excel file and delete
duplicates by leaving just one unique record of each. Please help.

In vs2007 it's a snap!

Simply highlight the data, and in the Data tab, you'll see a Remove
Duplicates option. Just follow the procedure.

Sorry....I've only got 2007 now. A 2003 user will need to hop in here.

Or, maybe look for removing duplicates in your version's Help.

I'm using Excel 2003 and with your help located a software called Duplicates
Remover at http://www.ablebits.com/excel-remove...ates/index.php and
removed all duplicates using it :)
