To turn off the gridlines, choose ToolsOptions
On the View tab, under Window options, remove the checkmark from Gridlines Click OK You can also add a button to your toolbar, to make it easier to hide or show the gridlines. Choose ToolsCustomize Select the Commands tab From the Categories list, select Forms Scroll down through the list of commands, to find 'Toggle Grid' Drag the Toggle Grid button to one of your existing toolbars Click the Close button. Click the Toggle Grid button when you want to hide or show the gridlines Ian40Ian wrote: Could anyone please tell me how to turn the gridlines off on my spreadsheet, I know it can be done I just cant work out how Thanx very much....Ian -- Debra Dalgleish Excel FAQ, Tips & Book List http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
