Weird Problem while Importing Data into another sheet
 

Hi,
I Imported one sheet's (A) data into another sheet(B).
I did using Data--Import External Data--Import Data

The problem is, in one of the columns in sheet A the data are either
alphabet 'C' or number '1', '2' or '3'. In the B sheet for the same coumn all
the data which are numeric appears correctly but the cells which have value
as alphabet 'C' is appearing as blank.

Please let me know if I am confusing.
