conditionally export Excel to Word

I want to export specific cells' contents from Excel to Word, if conditions
are present.

Specifically, if the text in cell A2 = "No" then ignore. If the text in cell
A2 = anything other than "No", export the contents of A3 and A4 to a
specified Word document.
